Agua Caliente Casinos in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a Guest Service ambassador to manage monetary transactions in the casino cage, issue markers, and pay jackpots while delivering outstanding guest service. You will train across all cage banks and windows, and operate in a fast-paced environment with AML compliance and clear English communication.

Required: High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of cash-operations experience; ability to use a Ten Key Adding Machine; professional

Responsabilités

• Issue casino credit markers and collect payments on outstanding debt.
• Perform credit card advances and electronic check transactions.
• Comply with Federal Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Provide excellent service to casino guests and team members.

Job Description Summary

• Perform credit card advance and electronic check transactions

Required Education And/or Experience

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.

Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will **escalate** when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
