Providence Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead the Call Center Staff under the Call Center Manager and collaborate with leadership to ensure service excellence in a patient-centered culture. You will monitor performance and coach teams to consistently deliver compassionate care.

This role also supports recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of staff, shaping a positive workplace where colleagues grow, and patients receive timely, respectful

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field, or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
• 2 years experience working in a call center environment.
