U-Haul International, Inc. in Kansas City, KS seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead an eight-person team, ensure all industrial machinery operates safely, and oversee preventative maintenance programs. The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing diagnostics and repairs.

You will coordinate materials, respond to maintenance requests, and coach teammates to advance their skills while upholding plant standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Proven skills in electrical and plumbing diagnostics and repairs.
• Ability to respond to maintenance requests promptly and safely.
• Capable of planning preventive maintenance schedules.

• Ability to remain physically active for extended periods while moving throughout the campus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead when required.
