Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee an eight-person team at our Kansas facility. You will ensure industrial machines run safely, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate materials and staff across shifts.

Strong fault diagnosis and hands-on repair skills are essential. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with plant standards, and communicating effectively with all levels of staff.

• Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

Physical Requirements Ability to remain physically active for extended periods while moving throughout the campus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead when required. Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility, including confined or elevated spaces. Must be able to safely access and inspect all company equipment.
