Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Supervisor, Beverage to lead front-of-house operations in a high-volume outlet. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional service, and support other F&B outlets as needed.

Required are a high school diploma or higher and 4 years of dining experience with 2 years in supervision; a Bachelor's in Restaurant Management is acceptable. Candidates must pass background checks and be 21+.

Qualifications

• Must have four years dining experience with minimum two years in a supervisory role or a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or related field.
• Experience managing front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant or casino setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations relating to food service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front-of-house restaurant operations and staff in the outlet.
• Assist in supervision of other food & beverage outlets as needed.
• Maintain standard service practices and safety/sanitation standards.
• Monitor cash flow, security of assets, and proper scheduling linked to customer flow.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
