Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of application developers and technical professionals.

Support production environments and provide leadership during high-priority incidents and outages.
Drive automation, monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
5+ years of application development experience
2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or technical lead experience
Experience managing enterprise applications in production environments
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience developing applications on the Microsoft Windows platform
Proficiency with C# and .NET application development
Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs and system integrations
Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application architectures
Experience using Git for source code management and collaborative development workflows
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in highly available environments
Strong technical leadership and decision-making capabilities
Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with supervisory responsibilities
Deep understanding of software development best practices and SDLC methodologies
Experience leading incident response, problem resolution, and change implementation activities
