Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the operations team in production, inventory management, and quality, ensuring efficient output while promoting safety and adherence to policies.

The role requires hands-on use of lean manufacturing tools, CNC basics, and strong Excel skills, with responsibilities spanning production planning across multiple work centers and KPI management to optimize utilization, efficiency, and scrap reduction.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or industrial engineer.
• Experience with ISO-9000-14000.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Other duties as assigned.
