Job summary

Flowserve US Inc in Chesapeake, VA is seeking Production Supervisors to direct activities within the operations team related to production, inventory management, and quality. You will apply lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED), conduct statistical control of the process, plan production across several work centers, and manage KPIs such as

• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Mechanical or industrial engineer.
• Experience with ISO-9000-14000
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME)
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience

The pay range for this role is $68,300.11 - $102,505.33 per year.
