Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a 22 & Vine Supervisor to manage the dining room operations and uphold quality, consistency, and staff development. The role ensures compliance with state health rules and internal controls while supporting the 22 Vine Manager on cost and staffing objectives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front of house quality across 22 Vine dining area.
• Develop preliminary menu concepts and revisions.
• Set and enforce service standards throughout the restaurant.
• Assist Manager with cost controls and budgeting parameters.
• Help manage expenses to meet forecasted goals.
• Assist in developing bar menus and restaurant concepts.
• Schedule Front of House staff, balancing payroll costs.
• Comply with Iowa Health Department codes and internal controls.
• Hire and develop staff for the dining team.
• Evaluate staff and implement improvements to service standards.
• Monitor inventory, rotation, par levels, and physical counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The 22 & Vine Supervisor is primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the dining room, ensuring product and service quality, consistency, and team member development on all levels. Additionally, this position is responsible for meeting all company and State Health Department rules and regulations.

Essential Functions

• Ensure all 22 & Vine front of house operational quality aspects are met.
• Develop preliminary menu and revise as needed.
• Develop service standards and implement standards in the restaurant.
• Assist 22 & Vine Manager in development and implementation of cost-related parameters for the restaurant.
• Assist 22 & Vine Manager in maintaining expenses to meet budgeted or forecasted goals.
• Assist 22 & Vine Manager in development of bar menu's and logisticsfor new restaurant concept.
• Schedule all Front of House staff members while meeting designated payroll costs.
• Comply with all Iowa Department of Health Codes, internal controls, and other government rules and regulations.
• Hire and develop all levels of staff for the restaurant service team.
• Evaluate team members and develop strategies to improve service standards.
• Track inventory, including rotation, par levels, perform physical inventory, and discontinue relevant items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED; 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate organization skills and ability to multi-task.

Schedule

$21.50/hr
