Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Supervisor for an evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. You will lead a team, ensure service excellence, and uphold Parkhurst and client policies in a values-driven environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives, and assisting with purchasing as needed, while monitoring customer satisfaction and reporting findings to management.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience, with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.
