Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group in New York region is seeking a Supervisor for Parkhurst Dining to lead a capable team in a fast-paced food service setting. The role starts at 6:00AM and offers growth within a values-driven company known for creating smiles.

You will supervise team members, uphold Parkhurst and client policies, coach on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives, assist in purchasing foods and supplies, and monitor customer satisfaction, reporting findings to management.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility. Consults with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures.
• Communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on hospitality imperatives.
