Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Wareham to join our busy store. No two days are the same as you support the Store and Assistant Manager, coach your team, and help deliver exemplary results while wearing the Savers uniform.

With 1+ years in retail, you’ll lead by example, connect with the local community, and take advantage of a clear progression plan and benefits that include holiday entitlement and a range of wellbeing and discount schemes.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills and help others grow.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
