Savers is hiring a part-time Supervisor in Ludlow. You will join a team that values hands-on leadership, coaching colleagues, and delivering excellent store results.

The role involves flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a salary of £13.50 per hour and 16 hours per week, with potential for more hours. As a store leader, you will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to drive the team, connect with the community, and provide great service.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop own skills and help others grow.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

• Supervise store operations and coach the team to deliver strong results.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to lead daily activities.
• Engage with the local community and act as a Savers ambassador.
