Job summary

Savers Health and Beauty in Ludlow is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the team. You’ll work flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, starting at £13.50 per hour for 16 hours per week with the possibility of more hours.

You’ll lead and coach a team, support store goals, and engage with the local community as a Savers representative. Applicants with retail experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience required.
• Ability to develop and coach team.
• Passion for products sold.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to plan staffing and shifts.
