Savers is hiring an Assistant Manager in Worcester to lead store teams, create a warm environment and drive exceptional results while developing staff. You will empower colleagues, promote sales, and connect with the local community.

The role requires 1+ years of retail management experience, strong delegation, and the ability to build routines to maximise sales. This is a full-time position with flexible patterns and 39 hours per week.

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary:£31,600per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
