The role requires coaching staff, executing marketing opportunities like leagues and open play, and overseeing food and beverage programs. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected; entry-level supervisory path with growth into management.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or higher required or preferred for leadership roles.
• Excellent guest service focus and professional demeanor.
• 2+ years in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest feedback promptly.
• Drive sales and engagement by executing marketing strategies (leagues, open play).
• Build and maintain relationships with leagues and manage related administration.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to maximize center productivity and guest satisfaction.

The pay rate for this position is $25hr to $28hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1

• Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints .

TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY

• Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.) .

PARTNER WITH LEAGUES

• Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues .

ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff .

SHOW OFF AND DEVELOP THOSE MANAGEMENT SKILLS

• Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working with your team side by side every day.

DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES

• Assist in ov ersee ing the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.

REMAIN FLEXIBLE

• An ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.
