Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Salem, OR is seeking a Supervisor to oversee center operations in the absence of management. You will coordinate with staff, ensure high service standards, and drive sales through leagues and open play.

This role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or related fields, a focus on guest satisfaction, and strong communication. You will lead a team, recruit and train hourly staff, and help manage Food & Beverage initiatives.

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion for guests, delivering exceptional service, addressing and resolving complaints.
• Drive sales by executing marketing strategies (leagues, open play, etc.).
• Grow league business by maintaining relationships with bowlers and officers.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff.
• Lead the team and motivate them to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity.
• Oversee Food & Beverage program with training to ensure standards and sales culture.
• Maintain ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Overview

Join us as a Supervisor and become part of a vibrant atmosphere filled with dynamic experiences and endless possibilities. The Supervisor role is always active and no two days are the same. You’ll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager at your center. Supervisors work diligently to ensure high standards are met with consistency.

Essential Duties

• Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
• Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
• Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working with your team side by side every day.
• Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.
• Maintain the ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.
