Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining division seeks a Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced food service environment. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to Parkhurst and client policies, and coach team members in Smile Plus hospitality imperatives while assisting in purchasing and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience with four+ years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations; organize workloads and meet time deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and consults with management to improve services.
• Follows Parkhurst and client policies and procedures and upholds standards.
• Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives and coaches team members on their use.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and communicates findings to management.
