Job summary

Parkhurst Dining at Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supervise team members, enforce policies, and coach on Smile Plus hospitality standards, while supporting purchasing where needed.

This role involves maintaining service area presence and resolving issues to keep guest satisfaction high. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in professional work, including 4+ years in food service, and a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with at least four in food service.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and coordinates with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures.
• Coaches team members on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and report findings.
