Job summary

McDonald's is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a patch of restaurant units, drive P&L oversight and budgeting, and develop high-performing teams. You will supervise operations, ensure policy compliance, and spearhead training and development initiatives.

You will conduct regular management meetings to set clear goals around employee retention, sales initiatives, maintenance, and overall restaurant success, while remaining highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.

Job description

The Area Supervisor will have the ability to lead a patch of

restaurants, oversee P&L statements and budgeting combined with

strong people motivating and training skills. Follow up on HR related

items, Manager Reviews, accountability, sustainability, and spearhead

training and development.

Requirements:
