McDonald’s Area Supervisor will lead a patch of restaurants, oversee P&L statements and budgeting combined with strong people motivating and training skills. Follow up on HR related items, Manager Reviews, accountability, sustainability, and spearhead training and development.
The role requires extensive leadership across multiple units with a focus on performance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement to drive sales and customer service excellence.
The Area Supervisor will have the ability to lead a patch of

strong people motivating and training skills. Follow up on HR related
items, Manager Reviews, accountability, sustainability, and spearhead
training and development.
Supervise and direct a group of restaurant units within a specified geographic area
Oversee that all policies and procedures are upheld in all units
Regularly holds management meetings to set clear goals that include
employee retention, relations, sales initiatives, maintenance issues,
and overall restaurant success
Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
McDonald's experience highly preferred; General Manager Experience Required
