McDonald’s in Texas seeks a General Manager for a franchise restaurant. You will lead operations, ensure guest satisfaction, enforce quality and safety standards, and drive profitability.
The role requires strong leadership, bilingual abilities, and the ability to manage schedules, deposits, and inventories. You will work closely with Kitchen and Guest Service teams, train staff, and develop promotions while reporting to the Area Supervisor.

The General Manager will report to directly the Area Supervisor.
McDonald’s Managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent.
Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a Major plus.
Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
The General Manager should be available to work an average of 45-48 hours a week.
Includes a mix of dayparts to address restaurant needs.
