Hugh-Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop in Nashville is hiring friendly, caring, and hardworking team members for both part-time and full-time hours. We offer paid vacation, insurance contribution for hourly staff, meal benefits, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

• Fast-paced team environment requiring quick thinking, commitment, and eagerness to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve food and drinks, greet guests warmly, keep your station and the Front/Back of House clean, and set up/break down for service.
• Communicate clearly with teammates.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for guests and teammates.
• Provide warm, genuine hospitality to all guests.
• Maintain high-quality food, drink, and service during peak times.
