Job summary

Hugh-Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop in Charleston, SC seeks restaurant team members to prepare, cook, and serve food and drinks with a warm, guest-focused approach. You will greet guests, keep stations clean, and help set up and break down the dining area for service.

Successful candidates are quick learners, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but training is provided to get you up to speed and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Motivated to learn quickly and grow in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and deliver hospitality with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve food and drinks while greeting guests.
• Keep your station and the Front and Back of House clean and organized.
• Set up and break down the restaurant for service.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality and high-quality food and service during peak times.
