Hugh-Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop in Charleston, SC is hiring and promotes from within. We’re looking for friendly, caring team players who want to grow with us and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

We offer competitive pay every two weeks, insurance options for eligible hourly staff, paid vacation, flexible scheduling, meal benefits, referral bonuses, and solid career growth opportunities. Training is provided to all new hires.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated to learn quickly and grow in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• Fast-paced work style with the ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Be able to regularly work morning/AM shifts.
• Prepare all our ingredients and food.
• Set the restaurant up for continued success throughout the entire run of service.
• Keep it clean (your station AND the entire Back of House).
• Communicate strongly with your teammates.
