Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in Marysville, OH seeks an energetic Supervisor, Full-Time to oversee front end operations and ensure high service standards.

The role requires culinary/foodservice experience, strong customer service, and proven leadership. You will manage opening procedures, cash handling, safety compliance, and daily team performance while upholding grooming and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
