Job summary

Piada Italian Street Food in Frisco, TX is seeking a Supervisor to join its fast casual leadership track. You’ll oversee Team Members and ensure every Guest experiences authentic hospitality from the moment they order to the moment they leave.

As a junior restaurant leader, you will help write daily prep lists, manage labor during shifts, maintain food quality, follow safety procedures, and mentor colleagues toward future supervisory roles.

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned

At Piada Italian Street food we are passionate about food and hospitality. A leader in the fast casual movement, Piada combines fresh, modern Italian cuisine, in a delicious made to order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads and hand rolled Piadas.

The Supervisor is the junior leadership position on Piada’s Career Path responsible for overseeing Team Members and ensuring each Guest is provided an authentic experience whether it’s their first time or their hundredth. The Supervisor is also responsible for the food and feel of the restaurant while learning to perform kitchen responsibilities such as writing daily prep lists and managing labor throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
• Able to work in hot or cold temperatures
• Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
• Must be ability to clearly speak and articulate
• Must have the ability to lean, bend, and reach as necessary
