Job summary

Piada Italian Street Food in Fort Worth is seeking a Supervisor to join our fast casual team. You will help lead the restaurant as part of the junior leadership group, ensuring every Guest enjoys an authentic experience from the heart by preparing ingredients, following recipes, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will also supervise daily checklists, assist with food ordering and labor scheduling, and mentor Team Members to grow into Supervisors, while supporting the overall guest

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned

The Supervisor is the junior leadership position on Piada’s Career Path responsible for overseeing Team Members and ensuring each Guest is provided an authentic experience whether it’s their first time or their hundredth. The Supervisor is also responsible for the food and feel of the restaurant while learning to perform kitchen responsibilities such as writing daily prep lists and managing labor throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
• Able to work in hot or cold temperatures
• Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment

• Must have the ability to lean, bend, and reach as necessary
