Piada Italian Street Food in Ohio is seeking a Supervisor to join our restaurant leadership team. You will oversee Team Members, ensure guests have an authentic experience, and assist with daily kitchen duties, prep lists, and labor management.

The role focuses on maintaining food quality, safety, and operations while developing future supervisors. This is a hands-on position in a fast-casual environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Overview

At Piada Italian Street food we are passionate about food and hospitality. A leader in the fast casual movement, Piada combines fresh, modern Italian cuisine, in a delicious made to order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads and hand rolled Piadas.

The Supervisor is the junior leadership position on Piada’s Career Path responsible for overseeing Team Members and ensuring each Guest is provided an authentic experience whether it’s their first time or their hundredth. The Supervisor is also responsible for the food and feel of the restaurant while learning to perform kitchen responsibilities such as writing daily prep lists and managing labor throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing our ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
