Job summary

The Parking Spot in Edmundson, MO is seeking a part-time Supervisor for weekend mornings to support management and ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor facility safety, coordinate staff, handle guest needs, and perform frontline roles as required. Competitive pay and benefits through our employee ownership program, weekly pay, and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to pass a physical and maintain a satisfactory driving record per airport/DOT regulations.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform their duties as required.
• Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees.
• Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management.
• Audit daily work of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers.
• Coordinate shift coverage and contact employees to fill shifts.
• Perform frontline roles as needed and comply with vehicle regulations.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
