Job summary

Parkhurst Dining, part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, seeks a Supervisor to join our Parkhurst Dining team. This role starts at 6:00AM and offers the chance to grow within a values-driven environment spanning 14 states and 150 locations.

You’ll supervise, uphold standards, coach staff in Smile Plus hospitality, and may assist with purchasing. We value teamwork and guest satisfaction as core priorities.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and consults with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures; upholds standards.
• Communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on those imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and communicates findings to management.
