Job summary

Chuck & Don's Bloomington seeks an energetic part-time supervisor to deliver outstanding guest service, support store operations, and drive product knowledge that promotes pet health.

You will work with the Store Manager to manage daily operations, assist customers, and contribute to displays, pricing, and events while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets.
• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Professional supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Position requires a person to be both indoors and outdoors (to assist with customer carry out).
• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals including small and large dogs.
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.

$15.00-$17.63 per hour DOE/DOQ
