Job summary

Chuck & Don's in Denver is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage front-end duties, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals.

The role requires passion for pets, strong communication, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. This position offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth in a pet-loving team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets.
• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Professional supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Essential Job Functions Section

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Position requires a person to be both indoors and outdoors (to assist with customer carry out).
• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals including small and large dogs.
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.

Starting at $19.29 per hour DOE/DOQ
