Job summary

Chuck & Don's in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a part-time Supervisor to deliver exceptional service and support store operations. You will assist the Store Manager, share product knowledge to meet customer needs, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards.

The role requires 18+ and experience in retail, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Flexible evenings and weekends are required; salary range $15.16-$17.63 per hour DOE/DOQ.

Qualifications

Essential Job Functions Section

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Position requires a person to be both indoors and outdoors (to assist with customer carry out).
• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals including small and large dogs.
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.
