Job summary

Environment Control of Wisconsin, Inc. in Appleton area is seeking a Unit Manager (Cleaning Supervisor) to lead and coordinate commercial cleaning teams, train staff, and ensure client satisfaction.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with occasional weekends and pay of $20 per hour. You’ll perform quality inspections, cover shifts, support Area Managers, and build strong relationships with employees and clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership or cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
