Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Criminal background check required.
• Drug testing required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations and support staff to meet contract specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve service issues promptly.
• Train, coach, and develop cleaning staff; monitor performance and attendance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
