Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant/Entertainment Manager to oversee daily operations at our entertainment centers. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and coordinate Food & Beverage programs while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to keep centers running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff and foster teamwork.
  • Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Schedule staff to meet center needs and maximize guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leagues and organizers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager

MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service,solicitingvaluable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints

NEVER STOP IMPROVING

  • Continually hone our operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience

TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY

  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)

PARTNER WITH LEAGUES

  • Develop andmaintaina good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues

ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM

  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff

SHOW OFF THOSE MANAGEMENT SKILLS

  • Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation;leveragethe individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate, delegate, delegate...

DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES

  • Oversee the management and expansion of yourcenter’sFood & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.

REMAIN FLEXIBLE

  • An ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.
