Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead F&B, bar, and bowling operations across shifts. You will flex into various roles, build a team, and deliver hospitality that exceeds guest expectations.

You will oversee labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and daily financial targets while maintaining a floor-first, guest-focused leadership style. This on-site role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, ensuring service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards and guest needs.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Maintain operational readiness and guest readiness during high-volume shifts.

The Role

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards every shift
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that consistently meet company standards and genuinely serve guests well
• Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolving guest issues in real time, and reinforcing a culture of accountability
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift

What You'll Bring

• 3 or more years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food and beverage operations
• A proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams that deliver it consistently
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments
• A floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
