About The Role

We seek a licensed Physician (MD/DO) with active medical licensure in all 50 states to support our nutrition care program. This remote, non-patient-facing role involves reviewing clinical documentation to assess patient eligibility for Medical Nutrition Therapy, working asynchronously with our care team. It requires a minimum of 5 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient charts for MNT eligibility
• Apply clinical criteria and judgment to referrals
• Document assessments and decisions clearly
• Submit referrals and communicate with the care team
• Collaborate asynchronously to clarify documentation
• Promote equitable access to nutritional care
