Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Supersack I to operate the flaking department on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule in Cincinnati. You will work with forklifts and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient production and adherence to quality standards.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience, and prior manufacturing exposure. The role involves 12-hour shifts with overtime and opportunities for career growth, training, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent within designated time after hire.
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• 1 year of continuous work history with a company required; 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift.
• Transport supersacks into warehouse storage after processing.
• Operate equipment (e.g., supersack machine, filling machine).
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Perform and follow all procedures, including proper documentation, of manufactured product.
• Maintain housekeeping requirements; keep areas clean and organized.
