Job summary

Peter Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Supersack I to operate the flaking/packing area on a 2-2-3 shift schedule in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires forklift experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift with overtime.

You will follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, perform equipment washouts and changeovers, maintain cleanliness, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safe and efficient production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent within designated time after hire.
• 1 year stand-up forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• 1 year continuous work history with a company required; 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a 12-hour rotating shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift.
• Transport supersacks into warehouse storage after processing.
• Operate supersack and filling machines; perform washouts and changeovers.
• Document procedures and maintain quality and safety records.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards; perform autonomous maintenance as needed.
• Handle basic computer tasks and inventory transfers via scanning systems.
• Support continuous improvement activities and adhere to GMP and HACCP guidelines.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company policies at all times.
