Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician

Walmart is expanding our workforce and seeking experienced Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technicians to join our team in local retail stores. If you have relevant experience, we invite you to bring your skills to our dynamic and supportive work environment.

Your role will involve supporting and overseeing repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment, utilizing your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, and using various tools to complete jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools
• Use work order management system to receive and document repair activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety and operational training
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations according to Walmart's safety policies
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and on ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
• Additional incentives based on performance and other factors
