Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Tech

Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity within a dynamic team? Walmart is expanding and actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our fast-paced and welcoming environment!

As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, your role will support and oversee repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment team, utilizing your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills along with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets
• Use the work order management system to support store repairs and document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete safety training for equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations following Walmart's safety and environmental policies
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• $2000 sign-on bonus (select locations)
• Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
