The Mosaic Company in Galveston, TX seeks a Site Superintendent for Sulfur Warehouse Distribution Operations. You will lead the sulfur warehouse, ensuring safe, efficient inbound/outbound shipments and a relentless focus on operational excellence within a 24/7/365 site.

You will mentor teams, drive process improvements, oversee training, and manage capital projects to improve reliability and performance in a complex industrial setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience operating or managing a plant in fertilizer/chemical/heavy industrial environments.
• Experience leading teams responsible for material operations and maintenance.
• Experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and training.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sulfur distribution activities including receiving, storage, loading, and shipping.
• Champion a strong safety culture by conducting monthly safety meetings and reviewing incidents.
• Partner with employees, contractors, and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead capital improvement projects and operations initiatives to support long-term site success.
• Ensure training and qualifications are up to date for safe and effective work.

This role oversees warehouse distribution activities supporting inbound and outbound shipments while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will help develop a high-performing team, support operational reliability, and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance in a complex industrial and maritime environment.
