The Mosaic Company in Galveston, TX is seeking a Site Superintendent for Sulfur Warehouse Distribution Operations. You will lead a team across inbound and outbound distribution, ensuring safety and reliability in a demanding industrial and maritime setting.

You will mentor and develop staff, drive continuous improvements, and coordinate with contractors to maintain compliant, efficient operations 24/7/365.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience operating or managing a plant in fertilizer/chemical/heavy industrial environment.
• Experience leading teams responsible for material operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees across sulfur warehouse and distribution operations, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and ongoing training.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sulfur distribution activities: receiving, storage, loading, and shipping.

This role oversees warehouse distribution activities supporting inbound and outbound shipments while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will help develop a high-performing team, support operational reliability, and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance in a complex industrial and maritime environment.
