You will lead a complex Gulf Coast operation, partnering with engineering, maintenance, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure continuous improvement and a safe, compliant, efficient facility.

Site Superintendent, Sulfur Distribution Operations

Location: Galveston, Texas

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Schedule: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off

Lead one of Mosaic's most strategically important distribution facilities and help shape its future.

As Site Superintendent, Sulfur Distribution Operations, you'll serve as the primary site leader for a complex Gulf Coast operation supporting Mosaic's North American supply chain. You'll be entrusted with driving safety, reliability, operational performance, and workforce engagement while supporting significant capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine hands-on operational leadership with long-term site stewardship, making a lasting impact on both the operation and the people who power it.

What You'll Do

• Lead site operations and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, accountability, reliability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fertilizer, chemical, refining, manufacturing, mining, maritime, energy, or other heavy industrial environment.
• Experience operating or managing industrial process operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, driving results, and solving operational challenges.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Bonus Points

• If You Have the Following Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with sulfur, chemical, refinery, maritime, terminal, or bulk material handling operations.
• Experience supporting capital improvement projects and contractor management.
• Working knowledge of maritime regulations, Coast Guard requirements, or port operations.
