The position includes a one-bedroom apartment, salary of $680 per week plus $100 telephone, $50 gas, heat included, parking space. On-call emergencies 24/7; duties include painting, plumbing, electrical, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are a plus.
• Must be available for on-call emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
