Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License in DC/VA/MD.
• 8+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading large commercial projects and coordinating field teams.
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial electrical construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Supervise foremen, journeymen, apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with project managers and leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation for successful execution.
• Identify field challenges early and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop future field leaders while fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial electrical construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000–$180,000
