Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to hire a Commercial Superintendent for the Washington, DC metro area. You will lead all field operations, supervise crews, coordinate manpower and equipment, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence on high-profile commercial projects.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of commercial electrical construction experience and an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license in DC/VA/MD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License in DC/VA/MD (Required).
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, productivity and field coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for commercial electrical construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings with Project Managers and leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for successful execution.
• Identify field challenges early and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays.
• Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, inspectors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop future field leaders and promote safety and continuous improvement.
