The Superintendent I leads field operations for a defined project phase or smaller standalone project under the oversight of a Senior Superintendent. You own your scope—daily trade coordination, three‑week look‑aheads, quality inspections, logistics, and the development of Assistant Superintendents working under you. You are the field counterpart to the Project Manager, jointly responsible for safety, schedule, and quality performance within your phase. This role carries real decision authority. You can stop unsafe work on the spot, direct workforce deployment and trade sequencing, issue field directives, and make decisions without needing daily oversight.
$130,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package.
